For the past four years, my children have been blessed to attend Foundations Christian Academy, and I can honestly say it has been life-changing for our family.

Two of my children are autistic, and my middle child also has severe ADHD with impulse control challenges. Before coming here, public school was a constant struggle. My oldest, who is both autistic and dyslexic, was labeled “lazy” because he struggled to read. My middle son was seen as “the troublemaker,” and my daughter was called “spoiled.” In reality, they weren’t being difficult — they simply needed understanding, patience, and the right support.

At Foundations Christian Academy, my children are truly seen. The staff understands that every child learns differently, and they meet my kids where they are with compassion and encouragement. Instead of being punished for who they are, my children are supported, guided, and given tools to succeed.

The growth we’ve seen has been incredible — academically, emotionally, and socially. Just as importantly, this school has helped me as a parent. I now better understand how my children learn and what works best for them. That kind of partnership and support is priceless.

Foundations Christian Academy has truly been an answer to our prayers. We are beyond grateful to have found Foundations Christian Academy for our son. As a parent, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this school and the impact it has had on my son, Benny. From an early age, Benny has struggled in more traditional, highly structured environments. He is an incredibly strong-willed child with a big personality, and finding a setting that could both nurture his individuality and support his growth was very important to our family.

Since enrolling here, we have seen truly remarkable progress. The school has created an environment where Benny is not only able to learn, but also feel comfortable being himself. He has developed meaningful social skills and is learning how to positively interact with others in ways we hadn’t seen before. It has been so encouraging to watch him grow in confidence and connection.

Academically and spiritually, the school has exceeded our expectations. Benny has learned so much about Jesus, and I deeply appreciate that faith is woven into his daily experience, especially through chapel. It brings me so much joy to hear him talk about what he’s learning and to see those lessons reflected in his actions.

Perhaps most importantly, his behavior and emotional development have improved tremendously. He is learning how to manage his feelings, make better choices, and approach challenges with a more positive mindset. That kind of growth is invaluable. We have even noticed a remarkable improvement in his vocal ticks, something that he has struggled with for years.

The staff here are truly exceptional; kind, patient, and genuinely invested in each child’s well-being and success. It’s clear they care deeply about their students, and that makes all the difference. I particularly love that they pray for the children. Having my child covered in prayer means so much to me as a parent.

We are beyond pleased with this school and feel incredibly grateful to have found a place where Benny is thriving. I wholeheartedly recommend it to any family looking for a supportive, nurturing, and faith-centered environment for their child.
